EZip will cooperate with law enforcement and any valid legal requirement to share information via a subpoena, court order, or other legal process proven to be legitimate. EZip does not collect any information from children under the age of 13 and the EZip website is not intended for use by any child under the age of 13 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. We will keep sales transaction data for record keeping purposes and you may receive any communications already in process prior to your notification to us to unsubscribe. We post testimonials/endorsements of satisfied customers on our website. If you want this information deleted please contact us as noted above and we’ll process your request promptly.

Further, EZip employees can only access the information deemed necessary for their respective employment position and do not have access to your entire profile of information.
