Which methods of payments can I use?

 

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay (on eligible devices), and EZip gift cards.

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?

We want you to receive your items as quickly as you’d like, so we offer two different options for shipping: standard and 2-day.

Occasionally, we will offer free shipping promotions. Check our current promotions for free shipping offers before placing your order.

  • Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays)

  • Orders placed after the cutoff time are processed and shipped the next business day.

  • Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Orders to APO/FPO addresses ship free via USPS Military Mail and arrive in 30-45 days.

  • EZip gift cards ship free and physical gift cards are shipped via USPS.

  • We do not offer international shipping and are unable to ship to U.S. territories, PO boxes, re-shippers, or package forwarding services.

Can you give me more information about the sneakers?

​

EZip shoes are like no other. We have crafted a customizable product that includes a recycled rubber outsole, neoprene insole, and aluminum zipper. The standard shoe upper consists of cotton material and the boot and sandal upper consists of materials like rubber and faux leather. The shoelaces are made from spun polyester.

Can I track my order ?

 

3 easy ways to track your order:

  • Click on the Order Tracking link in your confirmation email for your purchase. This will direct you to the 'Sign In' page, so sign in to view the tracking details.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. The email will include the UPS tracking number.

  • Log in to My Account and go to the My Orders section. From there you will be able to choose which order you'd like to view and you will have an option to track the order.

What is your return policy?

 

EZip will gladly authorize returns of UNWORN Merchandise within 30 days of receipt of your order. Follow these tips:

 

  • You'll get two labels with your order, one for UPS and one for the USPS Mail Innovations. Please use the shipping method that works best for you.

  • UPS: UPS ground label you may drop the package at any UPS location.

  • USPS: USPS (UPS Mail Innovations) label you may give the package to the United States Post Office. Shipping charges are non-refundable and there is a $6.95 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse.

  • Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. Your return request must be made within 30 days of when your order was delivered and we must receive the merchandise back at the warehouse within 15 days of when the authorization was issued.

  • Do not send items back through other means or without obtaining a return authorization as your package may be sent back to you. You may request a return online by signing into your account, via phone 1-213-888-4567, email info@ezipshoes.com or by live chat.

  • Your refund will be issued 1 week after we receive your item. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: All purchases are final on Sale items. No refunds or exchanges are allowed on Sale items. Electronic Gift Cards are also final sale and cannot be returned or refunded except where prohibited by law.

Is it safe to order online?

 

Yes. We use data encryption technology when transferring and receiving your sensitive personal information, such as credit card or financial account information. For example, in your transactions submitted by you through the Website, a solid key icon or a locked padlock icon at the lower portion of your web browser window confirms the Website is secured through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Pages requesting personal information should always have one of these icons. You can also confirm your data is being encrypted by looking at the URL line of your browser (the place where you type website addresses). When accessing a secure server, the site address will change from "http" to "https".
